Our Prices
Regular Hours (Monday - Friday: 7:00 am - 5:00pm)
- 40 Gallon: $2200
- 50 Gallon: $2350
- Service Call: $275.00 for the first 30 minutes, $50 for every additional 30 minutes. Plus, any parts needed. (Parts can be as high as $300-$400)
- Warranty Change Out: $650.00 includes the upgrade to a LoNoX water heater
- Expansion Tank Change Out: $350 (If the expansion tank change out is done at the same time as a water heater changeout, the price is $75)
**Prices include new water heater, installation of the new heater, two earthquake straps and hauling
away the old water heater.
