I was very impressed by their knowledge and seamless switch out of my water heater. It was very old and looked complicated to me, I assumed it would take hours to replace because of the age and set-up of my utility closet. It was timely, professional and they arrived on time to the consult and replacement appointment. They were clean and respectful of my apartment. I will definitely refer them business.

Amazing service from Leroy! Showed up on time, educated me on different aspects of the heater as well as how best to maintain the tank. Was installed in about 2 hours, and Leroy went above and beyond with making sure pipes and utility lines were neatly laid out.

Also, the price was about 30% less than quotes from the larger water heater companies. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a new water heater quickly and at a reasonable price. 🤩🤩🤩

I wish to thank the staff of Only Water Heaters Utah.  I found my pilot light was out on my water heater at 8 pm and I could not get it re-lit.  I called Jackie and asked if she have someone repair my water heater.  In spite of having her staff committed to out of town work, she sent someone over before the left for their other jobs. Our water heater was repaired in 2 hrs after I called her. We have a household of 8 with an age range from 7 to 70 the incredibly quick and professional response was really appreciated.

What a gem of a business. Completely transparent pricing on their website, and they are literally $700 less than the competition- I was quoted $1522 to $1650 by the big advertisers, and Dan comes and installs a brand new AO Smith water heater the next day for $800 all in!

Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and a great value. Having anyone else install water heaters is literally flushing money away.

Fast service, honest, fair. They were out in an hour or two after my call early on a Monday. Diagnosed the problem, explained options, installed new water heater within an hour... nice people, you won't be sorry using this Company.
